Test First, Then Train the Skill
Where an activity includes both Test and Training modes, the Test mode gives you a cleaner baseline because you complete the task without immediate coaching. Training mode is designed for repetition: feedback arrives sooner, references or guidance may be available, and you can concentrate on the question type or skill that gave you trouble. Repeating the same skill across several sessions makes it easier to separate a one-off good score from consistent performance.
