📋 Detailed Instructions

How to answer

Choose the response that best describes what you usually do in the selected context: Never, Rarely, Sometimes, Often, or Almost always. Use a typical recent period as your reference.

Quick uses 20 statements, Standard 30, and Full 50. Every length gives equal weight to all five skill areas.

What is measured

  • Prioritization: choosing what deserves attention first and protecting higher-value tasks.
  • Planning & Scheduling: turning workload into concrete steps and scheduled time.
  • Time Estimation & Buffering: estimating duration realistically and leaving room for uncertainty.
  • Focus & Interruption Control: protecting concentration and managing interruptions and task switching.
  • Follow-Through & Replanning: reviewing progress, closing loops, and adjusting plans early when conditions change.

Scoring

Each answer contributes 0–4 points in the effective time-management direction. Some statements are reverse-scored. Each skill area and the overall result are converted to a 0–100 CT profile score.
