📘 Detailed Instructions

How to Train

  • Choose a mode and session length, then use Difficulty or a manual Target Size as appropriate before pressing Start Training.
  • Advanced Settings adds target-size control for every mode, Target Spread for Gridshot, and Movement Speed plus Movement Pattern for Tracking. In modes where Difficulty only controls automatic target size, choosing a manual Target Size disables Difficulty.
  • Each mode uses a different aiming task and reports metrics matched to that task.
  • Press Escape or Pause to pause. Active training time stops while paused.

🎯 Basic Aim

  • One target appears at a time. Acquire and click it quickly, then move to the next target. For a fixed target-count benchmark, try the Aim Test.

⚡ Gridshot

  • Three valid targets stay active. Hit any target and another appears immediately.
  • Target Spread changes how compactly or widely targets are distributed across the arena.
  • For the focused standalone drill, use Gridshot Aim Trainer.

🧲 Tracking

  • Keep the pointer on a continuously moving target. The target turns green while you are locked on. The drill measures time on target, cursor error, stability, and longest lock.
  • Movement Speed ranges from Slow to Insane. Movement Pattern can be Smooth Drift, Erratic, or Orbital Drift.
  • For deeper tracking practice, use Tracking Aim Trainer.

↗ Flick

  • Start by clicking the center anchor. The first outer target appears only after that reset, then each repetition alternates center anchor → outward target. Flick timing measures the outward leg only.
  • For focused center-reset flick practice, use Flick Aim Trainer.

🔀 Target Switching

  • Hold the primary mouse button while moving between targets and keep it held. Acquire a moving target, briefly control it while still holding the button until it clears, then transfer immediately to another target.
  • For focused switch-and-control practice, use Target Switching Aim Trainer.

🎯 Multi-Target

  • Several valid targets appear as a wave. Clear every target as quickly and accurately as possible; there are no distractor rules.
  • For focused full-wave clearing practice, use Multi-Target Aim Trainer.

🔬 Precision

  • Small targets emphasize controlled, accurate acquisition. With Auto size, Difficulty controls the target size. Manual Large, Medium, Small, and Tiny choices use Precision-specific scaling, with Tiny always the smallest manual target.

Using the Results

  • Personal best: the trainer stores your best primary score separately for each exact mode-and-settings combination, so it is not lost when older runs roll out of Recent Results.
  • Compare runs only when the mode and settings match.
  • Recent Results appears only after a completed session. Ending a session early does not save a result.
