Choose a session length, difficulty, and target size, then press Start Training.
After the countdown, click the gold center anchor. An outer target then appears away from the center.
Flick to the outer target and click it, then return to the center anchor before the next outward target appears.
Only the outward leg is timed as a flick. Empty-space clicks count as misses, and outward misses lower Outward Accuracy.
Press Escape or Pause to pause. Active training time stops while paused.
What the Settings Change
Difficulty: with Target Size set to Auto, Easy uses the largest outward targets and Expert the smallest.
Target Size: Auto follows Difficulty. Manual Large, Medium, Small, and Tiny sizes let you set the precision demand directly. When a manual size is selected, Difficulty is disabled because it no longer changes the drill.
Session Length: changes how long you sustain the drill. Use the same duration for the cleanest direct comparison.
What the Metrics Mean
Flicks/Min: completed outward flicks scaled to one minute. This is the primary personal-best metric.
Outward Accuracy: successful outer-target hits divided by outer-target attempts. Center-anchor clicks do not inflate this percentage.
Average Flick: average active time from the outer target appearing until you hit it.
Best Flick: your fastest successful outward flick in the session.
Total Misses: all empty-space clicks, including misses while returning to the center anchor.
Personal Best: the app stores your best Flicks/Min separately for matching session length, active target-size settings, and input type.
🎯 How to Actually Improve
Make the center reset deliberate. The goal is to begin each outward movement from the same reference point rather than drifting closer to the next target.
Keep Outward Accuracy controlled before chasing raw speed. If misses rise, slow the initial snap and finish with a smaller correction.
Once the same setup is repeatable, lower Average Flick without sacrificing accuracy. Then make the target smaller through Auto Difficulty or a smaller manual Target Size.
Keep your mouse, sensitivity, grip, and desk setup consistent when comparing personal bests.
