Run comparison
Switch time starts when one target is cleared and ends when you first acquire the next target while holding the primary pointer button.
Next training step
Repeat the same setup and try to improve one metric at a time.
Choose a session length, difficulty, and target size, then press Start Training.
After the countdown, hold the primary mouse button and keep it held while moving between the four targets.
Settle the pointer on a moving target. Its gold control ring fills while you stay on target. When the ring completes, that target clears.
Transfer immediately to another visible target without releasing the primary button. Switch time starts when one target clears and ends when you first acquire the next target.
If you leave a target before the ring fills, its progress falls back. Releasing the primary button resets all partial hold progress.
Press Escape or Pause to pause. Active training time stops while paused.
What the Settings Change
Difficulty: changes movement speed. Easy targets move slowly; Expert targets move much faster and can change direction more aggressively.
Target Size: Auto follows Difficulty. Manual Large, Medium, Small, and Tiny sizes change the precision demand directly. Difficulty remains active with a manual size because it still controls target movement speed.
Session Length: changes how long you sustain repeated target transfers. Use the same duration for the cleanest direct comparison.
What the Metrics Mean
Targets Cleared/Min: completed target clears scaled to one minute. This is the primary personal-best metric.
Shot Accuracy: the percentage of held-button time spent actually on a target. Holding the button while moving through empty space lowers this percentage.
Average Switch: average active time from one target clearing until you first acquire the next target while still holding the primary button.
Best Switch: your fastest successful target-to-target acquisition in the session.
On-Target Hold: total session time spent holding the pointer on a target while the primary button was down.
Personal Best: the app stores your best Targets Cleared/Min separately for matching session length, difficulty, target size, and input type.
🎯 How to Actually Improve
Keep the primary button held and make each transfer decisive. Aim to arrive on the next target cleanly rather than sweeping past it and correcting back.
Build Shot Accuracy before chasing more clears. If accuracy is low, settle more precisely on each target and avoid dragging through empty space longer than necessary.
Once Shot Accuracy is controlled, lower Average Switch while keeping the control ring filling smoothly after each acquisition.
Increase Difficulty only after repeated runs stay controlled. Higher levels raise movement speed, so they demand faster direction changes as well as cleaner acquisition.
Keep your mouse, sensitivity, grip, and desk setup consistent when comparing personal bests.
