🔴 Ball Sort Puzzle

Free Color Sorting Puzzle for Planning & Logic Training
⚡ Quick Start
Tap a tube to lift its top ball, then tap another tube to move it.
A ball can move only into an empty tube or onto the same color.
Only one ball moves at a time. Finish when every non-empty tube holds one color.
⚙ Advanced Settings
One empty tube sharply reduces your working space.
Five-ball tubes create longer routes while keeping the same rules.

📘 Detailed Instructions

Goal: sort the balls so every non-empty tube is completely filled with one color. The standard setup uses four balls per color and two empty tubes so you have room to reorganize the stacks.

How to play:

Difficulty levels:

Solving strategy:

Hint: Hint searches from the board you have now, not just from the original starting layout. When it finds a solution route, the suggested source glows teal and the destination glows gold. Asking for a hint does not move a ball for you.

Color Labels: labels are off by default for a clean visual puzzle. Turn them on before starting, or use the Labels control during play, to show a distinct symbol inside each color without changing the puzzle.

Advanced Settings: the standard game uses two empty tubes and four balls per color. You can reduce that to one empty tube for much tighter working space, or increase Tube Height to five balls for longer routes. These options are calibrated separately from the normal Easy → Expert path, so the default difficulty progression remains the main recommended experience.

Live progress: Sorted shows how many colors are already locked into complete single-color tubes. This is especially useful on Hard and Expert boards where progress can otherwise be difficult to judge at a glance.

Session results: Total Time is active play time across the session. Total Moves counts successful ball moves you made, including moves later undone or discarded by a restart. Undos Used and Hints Used count those actions across the full session.
