⚡ Quick Start
About this test: This comprehensive assessment measures four core aspects of attention — how well you filter distractions, hold focus over time, control impulses, and scan visual detail.
Part 1 — Selective Attention (12 trials):
Part 2 — Sustained Attention (40 digits):
Part 3 — Impulse Control (20 signals):
Part 4 — Visual Scanning (12 rounds):
Scoring: Your final Attention Score* combines speed and accuracy across all four sections. Impulse-control errors (responding when you should hold back) weigh heavily, because inhibition failures are the clearest sign of attention lapses. Each section also gets an individual rating with context.
*Attention Score is our own scoring system based on your test performance — it is not a standardized or clinically validated measure, and it cannot diagnose ADHD or any other condition.
