Objective: Move all 104 cards to eight foundations. Each foundation builds upward by suit from Ace to King.
Setup: Forty cards are dealt face up into ten tableau columns of four cards each. The remaining 64 cards form the stock.
- Tableau: Build downward by suit. For example, place the 7♥ on the 8♥. Only the top card of a column can move, and cards move one at a time.
- Empty columns: Any available card may be moved into an empty tableau column.
- Stock and waste: Draw one card at a time. Only the top waste card can be played, and the stock is used once with no redeal.
- Foundations: Start with an Ace and continue upward in the same suit to King. Two complete foundations are needed for each suit.
Controls: Tap a top tableau card or the waste card to select it, then tap a tableau column or foundation. Tap the selected card again to deselect it. With Double-Tap to Foundation on, double-tap an eligible card to send it upward automatically.
Scoring: +10 for a card moved to a foundation, +5 for waste to tableau, and −2 for Undo. Undo restores the earlier position and move count but does not rewind the timer.
Tips:
- Prioritize Aces and low cards because buried foundation starters can block the entire game.
- Empty columns are extremely valuable because every card moves alone.
- Avoid covering a low card with a long same-suit chain unless that move clearly opens another route.
- Before drawing, check every tableau top and the waste card for foundation moves.
