What makes this different:
In traditional block-stacking games, pieces fall downward. In Upside-Down Block Stack, pieces fall upward — gravity is reversed! You still clear horizontal rows, but your brain has to adapt to the inverted spatial orientation. This challenges your cognitive flexibility and trains your brain to process reversed visual information.
Game Modes:
Training Mode: Customize all parameters — speed, direction, starting lines, and ghost piece visibility
Arcade Mode: Progress through 15 levels with increasing speed. Clear 10 lines per level to advance. Choose your starting level.
Direction Options:
Upside-Down (↑ Up): Pieces spawn at the bottom and fall upward
Normal (↓ Down): Classic vertical falling — pieces spawn at top and fall downward
Scoring:
Single line: 100 × level
Double: 300 × level
Triple: 500 × level
Quad (4 lines): 800 × level
Soft drop: 1 point per cell
Hard drop: 2 points per cell

Tips for Upside-Down Mode:
Think of the playfield as flipped — "down" is now "up"
Build your stack from the top down, keep the bottom clear for placing pieces
The I-piece (long bar) still clears 4 rows at once — save space for it!
