  1. Select your TRAINING set (A or B) from the dropdown menu.
  2. Click "START TRAINING" to begin.
  3. Read each situation carefully.
  4. Select the perspective shift that would be most useful.
  5. After selecting, you'll see whether you chose the best reframe and an explanation.
  6. Click "Next Situation" to continue to the next scenario.
  7. After completing all 10 situations, view your results below the test area.
  8. Click "START AGAIN" to try another round with the same or different set.
